CUVÉE BERTRAND
The Cuvée was first composed on the occasion of the former Abbot Prelate Bertrand Baumann's 80th birthday, and has enjoyed great popularity ever since. The elegance of the Blauburgunder, the fullness of the Merlot, and the suppleness of the St. Laurent all give this Cuvée a very special harmony. Father Bertrand had slowly and with great effort put the castle in order and did tremendous work as a vintner. This wine is to be seen as a homage to his influence and work for Schloß Gobelsburg.
